Wendy A. Greenseich is a partner with THE FARRELL LAW FIRM, P.C.
Ms. Greenseich counsels clients on trademark, unfair competition, copyright and internet-related matters. Her practice includes trademark selection, clearance, prosecution, enforcement and maintenance of both foreign and domestic registrations, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and licensing and coexistence agreements.
Ms. Greenseich received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School and was awarded a B.A. from Hofstra University. She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and Connecticut. Ms. Greenseich was formerly associated with Dilworth & Barrese, LLP from 1999-2006.
She is a member of the International Trademark Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, New York Intellectual Property Law Association, and New York State Bar Association.
