Ryan C. Carter is Of Counsel to THE FARRELL LAW FIRM, P.C.
Mr. Carter was a Patent Examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for seven years and is a Patent Attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Carter is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Hampton University.
His practice focuses on all phases of patent and trademark prosecution and related matters. Mr. Carter has regularly practiced in the field of medical devices, and currently practices in the field of wireless telecommunications, including CDMA, TDMA, FDMA, OFDM, OFDMA, 3G and 4G technologies.
Mr. Carter was formerly associated with the Law Offices of Dennis Gottesmann, P.A. and Dilworth & Barrese, LLP.
Mr. Carter's memberships include the American Bar Association and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
