Robert W. Griffith is Of Counsel to THE FARRELL LAW FIRM, P.C.

Mr. Griffith is a registered Patent Attorney and has over fifteen years of experience practicing before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York State.

He received his law degree from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory University School of Law, he was a member of the Intellectual Property Forum of the Intellectual Property Society and worked in the Office of Technology Transfer for the Centers for Disease Control.

Mr. Griffith was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. While at Lehigh University, he was named a Dean's Scholar, was actively involved in the American Society of Civil Engineers and Omicron Delta Kappa, and worked with the environmental and design groups of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
