Eric B. Masure is an associate with THE FARRELL LAW FIRM, P.C.

Mr. Masure is a registered Patent Attorney and has over Twelve years of experience practicing before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Masure is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York State and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He received his law degree from Touro Law School, and was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Hofstra University.

Mr. Masure was formerly associated with the Law Offices of Carter, Deluca, Farrell, and Schmidt, LLP.

His practice focuses on all phases of patent and trademark prosecution and related matters. Mr. Masure has regularly practiced in the field of medical devices, and most recently in modern digital and analog wireless telecommunication systems including CDMA, TDMA, FDMA, OFDM, OFDMA, 3G and 4G technologies, signal processing, cloud computing service models including, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS technologies, network design utilizing SAN, NAS , DAS, CAS and IP-SAN technologies, computer engineering hardware design, and microcomputer engineering.

Mr. Masure’s memberships include the American Bar Association and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
